ParagonCare Medical Devices, originally established as REM SYSTEMS in 1981, became part of ParagonCare in June 2018. The company is now an ASX-listed leading healthcare wholesaler, distributor and manufacturer operating across the Asia-Pacific region.  We work closely with medical professionals, so that we can enhance their reputation for efficient procedures and advanced treatment. When you buy a product from ParagonCare you have the reassurance of our experienced service and repair support. Our trained technicians can service and repair most of the products we sell. If not, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to make the necessary arrangements.

The majority of our Medical Devices team members in Australia and New Zealand are graduates with tertiary science, business or nursing degrees. We import and distribute products from manufacturers who maintain internationally accepted GMP quality systems such as the ISO 9000 series, ISO 13485 or the EN46000 series of standards and all products are registered with the relevant regulatory body in their country of origin. All of our products we distribute have received consent to market from the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia or Medsafe in New Zealand. Our employees undergo an induction program to ensure familiarity with our quality system and what is required of them to maintain continued compliance. ParagonCare is committed to maintaining quality above and beyond the requirements stipulated by law. We regularly review our policies and procedures with a goal of continuing improvement.
